Cut to Order

 

All of our Angus beef is USDA approved.

Typically a quarter from a 1000 lb steer will hang at 140 lbs and dress out at 95 - 105 lbs.  Cutting is customized to fit individual orders.  Steaks may be cut 3/4" to 1 1/4" inches thick while roasts can vary from 3 to 5 pounds in weight.  Roasts* may be cut into steaks or stew meat or ground into hamburger if preferred.

We offer our beef by front, rear, or mixed quarters and price by hanging weight as follows:

Front quarter       =      $2.75/lb

Mixed  quarter    =      $3.00/lb

Rear quarter        =      $3.25/lb
