Cut to Order

 

All of our Angus beef is USDA approved.

Typically a quarter from a 1000 lb steer will hang at 140 lbs and dress out at 95 - 105 lbs.  Cutting is customized to fit individual orders.  Steaks may be cut 3/4" to 1 1/4" inches thick while roasts can vary from 3 to 5 pounds in weight.  Roasts* may be cut into steaks or stew meat or ground into hamburger if preferred.

We offer our beef by front or rear quarters and price by hanging weight as follows:

 

Front  quarter      =      $3.00/lb

Rear quarter        =      $3.25/lb
